My neighbor just bought an English Bulldog from a breeder. So far he looks very healthy, thank God. I was also happy to see that the dog is neutered.
ReplyDeleteNot all dog breeders are running puppy mills. There are definitely good, responsible dog breeders from whom it is perfectly safe to purchase a puppy.
