Puppy Mill Legislation: Prop B Repeal Efforts Continue

Last November, nearly one million Missouri voters passed Prop B, the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act, to help thousands of dogs suffering across the state.  Unbelievably, some career politicians in Jefferson City are defying the will of the people and are determined to dismantle Prop B.

Legislation that would repeal Prop B, or otherwise gut it, may come up for a vote as early as this week.  If you live in Missouri it is now critical that your legislators hear from you.  Even if you've called or written before, please make your voice heard again.  Please consider contacting the Governor and ask him to protect the will of the people and intervene to uphold Proposition B.
