Basset Hound Dog Jewelry and Gifts for People

For Love of a Dog is a one woman small business and because all but a very few are handmade by me, they're one of a kind and limited in number.  Unfortunately, that's very true of my Basset Hound dog themed jewelry and gifts.

I do happen to adore the Basset Hound necklace shown at top.  The pendant is a hand sculpted ceramic hound dog.  Very dimensional and oh, so sweet.  I combined it with big, beautiful blue / green ceramic hearts and some natural riverstone and jasper gemstone beads for a chunky statement necklace.

In honor of our Rudy's birthday today, I want to share some of my yellow Labrador Retriever dog jewelry with you.  Here's a very small sample.

Shown at top is a yellow Lab dog lover bracelet with artisan lampwork, crystals, dog bones, and one of my sweet yellow Labrador Retriever dog two dimensional sculptural charms.  All handmade and one of a kind.  I love the daisies and rosebuds on that lampwork bead!

This dog necklace features a wonderful pin that I've used as a pendant. Such a happy little dog, he just looks like he's frolicking the day away. With that expression he looks like he's up to a bit of mischief. This French Bulldog pin (brooch) is handmade by a Michigan porcelain ceramic artist. Truly hand sculpted using no molds, the pin is ceramic porcelain and signed by the artist. I've added a gold converter to use the pin as a pendant.

The necklace is composted of graduated Tiger's Eye and Black Onyx gemstone beads that I've accented with sterling silver. You'll notice the sweet little three dimensional dogbone at the end of the necklace.
