Follow-up Friday: Sickies, Winners, New Giveaway and a Dog Birthday

I'm happy to be joining Heart Like a Dog in the follow-up Friday blog hop this week.  This is the blog hop that lets you wrap up your week and leads you right into the weekend.  Hosted by FUF creator, Jodi at Heart Like a Dog and co-hosted this week by  Lynda at Two Ears and a Tail.

Actually, since I posted very little, it seems like there would be not much in the way of follow up, right?  Well...

At the risk of sounding like your mother, think about getting a flu shot!  This is wicked stuff that came on fast and knocked me flat on my back.  And I'm the healthy one at our house!  

Never mind the dog daddy who has little immune system to speak of at this point.  Poor guy is detoxing from chemo and then this.  I find it hilarious that the CDC is telling us all to avoid sick people.  However, if you're already "sick," you are around a whole lot of sick people in clinics, hospitals, and doctors' offices.   Anyway, he got it first and I was not far behind.  Two sickies at the same time is no fun at all.  Jeffie, Rudy and Rosie wholeheartedly agree.

Thanks to everyone's well wishes on my Wordless Wednesday post.  Our pups have been so patient with us!
