I know, I know this is Dog Song Saturday. What can I tell you... I love horses and I love this horse themed Christmas carol.
Happy Yee Halidays is an original mellow country tune by singer songwriter Templeton Thompson. You can find Thompson's songs on million selling CD's from country superstars Reba McEntire, Jo Dee Messina and Little Texas.
Her love for horses along with her passion for music has made her a favorite at major horse expos and events. In fact, Thompson's horse, Jane, achieved celebrity status when Breyer (maker of collectible model horses) created a model of Jane.
This is her own music video, too, and features her own "Planet Cowgirl" horse herd, dogs and cats, too.
