Crazy Cat Lady Valentine Jewelry Gift Idea

If you or a friend is crazy with love for their cat, this fun necklace would make a perfect gift. This cat lover necklace features a wild and crazy cat pin that I've used as a pendant. This cat pin (brooch) is handmade by a Michigan porcelain ceramic artist. Truly hand sculpted using no moulds, the pin is ceramic porcelain and signed by the artist. I've added a gold converter to use the pin as a pendant. Love the expression on the kitty's face and how about that sweet heart.

The necklace is composed of pistachio Turquoise and mauve Fancy Jasper gemstone beads that I've accented with sleek grey Hematite. Gem colors coordinate beautifully with this adorable cat. You'll notice the sweet little Hematite hand carved heart at the end of the necklace.

Such a versatile piece of cat lover jewelry. Wear this crazy cat necklace as it is, or easily and simply remove the pendant to wear as a pin. In fact, you can even wear other pins you own on this piece. A perfect gift for anyone who loves a cat and one of a kind artisan jewelry. If you don't want to attract any attention or have any fun, this necklace is not for you..

Heart Rottweiler Dog Breed Bracelet

This handcrafted Rottweiler dog bracelet will fetch compliments and start conversations about your beloved Rottie dog. Beautiful Rottweiler dog charm is not a flat cut out, but rather a little dog art sculpture. Handmade of hand cast resin in a hand sculpted mould, then carefully painted. True to AKC dog breed standards, highly detailed and absolutely beautiful.

I've combined this Rottweiler dog charm with really lovely Jasper softly rounded, puffy gemstone rectangles. The color coordinates beautifully with the Rottie. I've hand wire wrapped all the gemstones with gold jeweler's wire. In addition to the Rottweiler dog, I've added a puffy Black Onyx heart and a three dimensional gold dog bone. This handcrafted dog bracelet is perfect jewelry for anyone who loves a Rottweiler dog or might be involved in Rottie or big dog rescue work.

Newf get together & fund-raiser for Newfoundland dog rescue.

May 22, 2010
Chicago, IL

A great event put on by a non-profit group of Newfoundland dog owners that is 3000 strong. Many of their members have their newfs trained in search & rescue, water rescue, therapy, cart pulling, grooming and showing as well as other things. Their Newf Get together & fund-raiser is being held May 22, 2010 in Chicago, Illinois. Currently they have 195 people,83, newfs & 35 non newfs registered. And because it is so early they expect that number to rise significantly. Members and their Newfoundlands come from all over the United States and Canada to attend this spectacular event for rescue.

Be sure to purchase a raffle ticket or bid in the silent auction. During last year's event they broke all records from the previous years and raised close to $7200.00 for newf rescue. These funds were spread out to several rescue groups across the United States. That is helping ALOT of newfs in need.
