Adopt a German Shepherd Dog and Pit Bull Terrier in Missouri

One look at this face and it's hard to believe Captain Crunch is still living at the Humane Society of Missouri animal shelter.

Captain Crunch is a 4 month old, neutered male, brown brindle and white German Shepherd Dog and Pit Bull Terrier.  Shelter staff and volunteers say he's learning to walk on a leash, is eager for treat rewards, and is full of love.

This beautiful boy will need a new best friend with patience for puppy training.  An active home would be great for this energetic puppy.

Have a look at Captain Crunch's adoption video, then give the HSMO a call at 314 - 951-1562.  This sweet pup's animal ID number is A558334

On Tuesday we'll be participating in the Tuesday's Tails blog hop hosted by Dogs N Pawz.  This is the blog hop that features shelter pets.  Find a pet at your local animal shelter or rescue and join us!  Please help spread the word about these beautiful animals via social media and let's find them forever homes!

Adopt Sheika a Senior German Shepherd Dog

November is national Adopt a Senior Dog month.  Celebrate with a new best friend!

Sheika is looking for love in a forever home.  She's a German Shepherd Dog mix currently living at the Humane Society of Missouri animal shelter in St Louis.

Sheika is seven years old, spayed and up to date on vaccinations.  She's a sweetheart and hangs out at the front desk of the shelter.  A favorite of the staff and visitors, too.  Sheika is housebroken and walks very gently on a leash.

If you have room in your life and on your couch, please consider adopting Sheika as your new best friend.  Give a call to the HSMO at 314-951-1562.  Sheika's ID number is A523321

Senior German Shepherd Dog Sheika is Looking For Love

What's not to love about this big, beautiful girl?  Sheika currently calls the Humane Society of Missouri animal shelter in St Louis home.  She's looking for a forever home with some people to call family.

Sheika is a spayed female, black and tan senior German Shepherd Dog mix.  HSMO shelter staff think she's about 7 years old.

A calm, mellow sweetheart of a dog is looking for a companion to rub her belly and scratch her ears.   She'd also enjoy taking some leisurely strolls.

This gentle dog soul has been at the shelter since April 2012 and is a favorite of the staff and volunteers there.

If you have room in your heart and on your couch, contact the HSMO at 314-951-1562 for more information on Sheika ID#A523321.
