Australian Shepherd, Border Collie and Corgi Dog Jewelry is Almost Gone at ForLoveofaDog.com

Yes, you read that right.  My dog breed jewelry at For Love of a Dog is becoming scarce.  Many dog breeds are already sold out.  Remember, I'm (slowly, but surely) closing my business, so there will be no new pieces.

If you've been putting off snagging a piece of my handmade Australian Shepherd, Border Collie, or Corgi dog jewelry, you'd better hurry!

Corgi your favorite dog breed?  Right now I have 1 Corgi necklace and 2 Corgi pins - 1 Cardigan Corgi and 1 Pembroke Corgi.  And I have 1 Cardigan Corgi Christmas ornament and 1 Pembroke Corgi Christmas ornament.  Shown at top the very whimsical Cardigan Corgi dog pin.  Super cute!

Border Collie dog necklace

 Border Collie dog pin

Border Collie pendant with turquoise heart

You'll find even more selection in my Australian Shepherd dog jewelry: 7 necklaces, 9 bracelets, 4 pendants and 1 pin. It's a fairly even mix between tri color and merle Australian Shepherd dogs.  Here's just a small sample of what I have on hand right now:

Australian Shepherd dog bracelet with Tigerseye gemstones & crystals.

Corgi Dog Song The True Prince of Wales by Nancy Simmonds | Dog Song Saturday

You shopped until you dropped yesterday, so take some time to relax today with a dog song!

We have another original dog song by Nancy Simmonds for you this Dog Song Saturday.  Today we're celebrating the Welsh Corgi dog breed with The True Prince of Wales.

We love Simmonds and we're pretty sure she's written more songs about dogs than any other musician.  In fact, we've lost count of the number of songs she's written dedicated to a specific dog breed.  Luckily she's counted them for us: over 110 purebred dog songs since the early 1990's!

Her Musical Tails series of songs is available from iTunes  Each song is designed to reflect the individual personality, temperament and history of the breed.

Grab a dog to snuggle.  A Corgi if you've got one!  Sit. Stay. Relax and enjoy The True Prince of Wales by Nancy Simmonds.

Scroll down below the delightful Corgi video (also made by Simmonds) for the lyrics so you can sing along.  Then fetch more dog song music videos here at Talking Dogs.  Every Saturday we feature original music written about dogs and the music videos are barking good!

The True Prince of Wales  ©NancySimmonds

You can kick up your feet, you can kick up your legs,
Kickin' up dust can't keep me away.
I'm under your heels and over the ground
Wherever you turn I can turn you around.
Standing high on a hill over the sea
I'm the true Prince of Wales and the Queen loves me.
I earned my place in history and they call me -
Corgi -
Deedle dum deedle deedle deedle dee
Deedle deedle deedle dee -
Corgi
I can clear the path and scatter the herd,
Spread 'em far and wide across the earth.
The whistle blows one high one low,
As long as I hear that whistle I go.
Standing high on a hill over the sea
I'm the true Prince of Wales and the Queen loves me.
I earned my place in history and they call me -
Corgi -
Deedle dum deedle deedle deedle dee
Deedle deedle deedle dee -
Corgi

From Cardinganshire to Pembroke, Wales
They love me with or without a tail.
From the hillsmen up through royalty
I deeply love my family.
Standing high on a hill over the sea
I'm the true Prince of Wales and the Queen loves me.
I earned my place in history and they call me -
Corgi -
Deedle dum deedle deedle deedle dee
Deedle deedle deedle dee -
Corgi

All Day I Get Bacon Baby Dog Rap | Dog Song Saturday

It's Saturday!  That means it's time for a dog song here at Talking Dogs.  Though we tend to like original songs written about dogs the best, sometimes we can't resist having some fun.

Today we've got a silly dog rap music video for your enjoyment.  Yes, it is an advertisement for some dog treats.  That's really not the point and we don't really care what it's advertising.  However, we love the dog, Boss the Corgi, and the song All Day I Get Bacon Baby is doggone fun.

Sit. Stay. Relax and enjoy All Day I Get Bacon Baby.  Fetch more dog songs and dog music videos at Talking Dogs.  You'll be surprised at how many we've collected.
