Sweet Summer Dreams | Wordless Wednesday


 
Mother Nature just won't release us from a weather cycle of rain and thunderstorms.  To that she's added high humidity and hot temperatures, so the Talking Dogs take advantage of the A/C to do some serious afternoon napping.  I'm pretty sure our resident baking assistant, Rosie, is dreaming of fresh dog cookies.

 

With no more flooding (at least so far), Rudy has had to give up frogging.  He's back to dog toy fun.  Though he rarely hesitates to let Rosie play, too (or even give the toy up to her), he really loves to be an "only dog" for a little while.


 

And Jeffie?  Pretty sure he's got the lovely Rita on his mind!

    I hope your weather straightens out soon! Ours has been up and down a lot here, but at least we haven't had a ton of rain. More than usual for summer, but not a washout anyway.
    In the meantime keep enjoying those dreams!

    I hope your weather gets better soon. My dogs would be having nightmares instead of sweet dreams if they were cooped up because of the rain.

    Oh! Look at handsome Jeffie dreaming of his sweet girl! Rita is so touched!! She wishes Jeffie could come and play (or nap... wink wink). After our rainy weekend the weather hasn't been too bad the rest of this week. Hope your weather clears up soon!
