Petfinder surveyed member shelters and rescue groups and found that some pets wait for a home nearly four times longer than the average adoptable pet does. Survey participants said the ones do they have the hardest time finding homes for: senior and older pets.
Older dogs are wonderful. They bring a new meaning to unconditional love.
